Chelle was very personable and professional to work with. Obviously she has worked in this field for a long time as she is very knowledgeable about coin values. I left her office feeling good about my experience. When I returned home, I noticed that the amount paid on a gold coin was not in sync with the current price of gold. I called Chelle about this and she checked her records. She agreed that the amount was short and sent me a check for the difference. I am very grateful for this and admire her integrity. Will definitely use Midwest Coin again in the future.
