I left her office feeling good about my experience. When I returned home, I noticed that the amount paid on a gold coin was not in sync with the current price of gold. I called Chelle about this and she checked her records. She agreed that the amount was short and sent me a check for the difference. I am very grateful for this and admire her integrity.
